Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

An end-to-end Uncertainty Experts programme delivered as a single bundled engagement, designed for cohorts of up to 200 learners. Combines five connected components into a coordinated experience that drives measurable change readiness across a defined population. Below are the 5 x connected components in the order recommended:

Included as one programme:

1. Launch Keynote. A live one-hour session that opens the cohort experience, sets the context, and creates shared language.

2. Launch Film and Positioning Communications. A bespoke launch film and supporting comms tailored to the commissioning organisation, used to drive engagement and adoption across the audience.

3. Digital Programme. Three months of self-paced access for up to 200 learners. Behavioural-science-led content covering Fear, Fog and Stasis, decision making, strategic thinking, team collaboration, resilience and innovation.

4. Leadership Lab. The Survey, three-hour Lab session and Insights Session bundle, delivered to a leadership cohort of up to fifty within the wider 200-person engagement. This involves a meeting with the organiser before the lab to ensure we understand the audience and a post call with the organiser to go through the Insights/ data collected throughout the lab. The Uncertainty Experts arrange the pre and post call directly with the organiser.

5. Graduation Session. A live closing session for the cohort and sponsors. Celebrates completion, reviews cohort-wide data, and commits the group to specific next steps.

Designed for organisations rolling out a complete change-readiness intervention. No pre-requisites. No exam, no assessment, no formal qualification applies. Indicative cohort size: up to 200 digital learners plus a leadership cohort of up to fifty inside the same engagement.
