A 2.5-hour Leadership Lab Deep Dive on Embodied Cognition, mapped to the Stasis response in the Fear, Fog, Stasis framework. A live scientific intervention designed for rooms whose data shows ownership without action: warm values, total ownership, low action signal.

Content covers:
- The science of languishing, embodied cognition and gut instinct in decision making
- A real personal decision brought into the room with live decision-time captured
- A six-tool embodied kit: body-yes/body-no calibration, anchor word, the OODA loop in the boardroom, three-breath presence reset, micro-action commitment, and Reticular Activating System priming
- Live decision-time delta and self-rated confidence pre and post
- Three micro-action commitments for the following 24 hours, witnessed by an accountability partner from the cohort

Designed for senior managers, directors, VPs and leadership cohorts. Leadership Lab completion is the recommended pre-requisite. Pre-work is light: a five-minute pre-survey including a personal decision the participant has been sitting on. Includes pre- and post-assessment using Self-Efficacy plus an Ownership Index. No exam, no formal qualification applies. Maximum cohort size: fifty in-person, up to 200 virtual.
