Transcultural leadership is crucial for organisations to thrive in a multicultural, interconnected world. It enhances global competitiveness, fosters innovation, and ensures effective communication, all of which are essential for long-term success.
Current leadership development methods are dominated by western and Eurocentric models of academic thought and research. This has created a biased and narrow perspective on the concept and principles of leadership.

As the impact of exponential change continues to create uncertainty and complexity the need for agile, adapting, fluid and sophisticated leadership has never been greater. This workshop opens the transcultural dimensions of leadership introducing leadership philosophies and approaches from around the world. It will provide participants the opportunity to understand and apply leadership thinking from Africa, the Middle East, and East Asia.
