The Civil Service’s diversity and inclusion strategy states that 'when people from diverse backgrounds are involved in creating the public services we all rely on, we get better services that work for everyone.' It remains the case that women are still underrepresented in the most senior Civil Service roles, despite more than half of all civil servants being women.

Top Flight is specifically designed to support women taking the last, difficult steps into the very top senior Civil Service roles, helping you develop the knowledge, confidence and communication skills that this requires.
