This is for any existing or aspiring manager of teams in an organisation seeking to enable high performance through inclusion, diversity, and effective talent decisions.
This innovative web-based game recreates with incredible accuracy the full talent management life cycle from talent attraction, development and promotion. Individuals work with up to 4 others in a team, led by a facilitator, to play the role of a virtual team leader, to build the most engaged, capable, diverse, and high-performing virtual team. Over 2 game rounds, each simulating one year, they must make decisions around training and development, pay, and recruitment to improve themselves and their team and to attract and retain the top talent in the market. Teams are tasked with optimising KPIs around Diversity, Engagement and Capability to increase Performance, but any money they spend on doing this gets reduced from their Coins score - the ultimate determinant of success! Clear takeaway actions help participants take the insights back into their day-to-day roles, and the learning impact lasts because participants have actually experienced the ways of working needed to drive performance and engagement.
