Senior executives have a vital role to play within strategic workforce planning, acting as the interface between the HR professionals and analysts (whose work they may have commissioned) and the rest of their organisation’s senior management. It’s therefore important that they’re comfortable with the core concepts and principles that underpin strategic workforce planning.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to the mechanics of workforce planning and implementation. It also explores the role that senior leaders have to play in making sure that any workforce planning is aligned with their overall business strategy and objectives.
