Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
To introduce and apply a bespoke toolkit of strategic thinking and systems tools (including, but not limited to Trend Analysis, Scenario Planning, Government as a System Model and Stakeholder Mapping) to current strategic questions facing the team.
At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
1. Reflect on personal contribution to the Organisation’s strategic process and make a personal action plan for improving their individual practice.
2. Apply a bespoke toolkit of strategic thinking and systems tools (including, but not limited to Scenario Planning, Systems Mapping, Problem Definition, Policy Adaptation.)
Leading High Performing Teams enables managers to get the best performance from their teams , improving motivation and engagement to both improve morale and achieve better results. Taking on board the learning from ‘Strategic Thinking’ delegates will be able to empower their direct reports to be more independent in their decision making and accountable for results .
