Speak Like a Leader is a two day intensive public speaking and communication training course with extended learning focusing on taking speaking and communication to the next level, adding impact, authenticity and engagement to any type of communication and mastering the ability to influence and persuade with your speaking.

This course is for anyone wanting to step up their speaking to the next level, including those who are aspiring leaders, currently in any type of leadership role, or anticipating a move into a position of greater seniority or responsibility.

The course will cover the core Speak Like a Leader areas of:

• Confidence – present with impact through preparation of message and delivery, plus belief in your own ability to influence through any communication.
• Rapport – building the vital skill of positively connecting with your audience every time so you can engage and persuade with ease.
• Gravitas – being believable and having credibility, not just from your knowledge and experience but through maximising use of your body language and voice.

The course is delivered by trainers who are experts in their field with extensive communication experience from careers as barristers, professional theatre directors and specialist vocal coaches. They are highly experienced at helping others find their voice, confidently craft their message and create powerful delivery that can connect with any audience.

With a maximum cohort size of 8, the course is designed to be positively engaging and practical with multiple opportunities for individual practise and personalised feedback, allowing participants to tangibly see their progress over the course of the two days.
