Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This workshop will give leaders and HR, DEI and culture change professionals a clear understanding of the key principles of psychological safety within an organisational context. It introduces the latest evidence on topics such as, what psychological safety is, what it is not, and how organisations can develop it to increase both productivity and performance.

Based on Binna Kandola's latest book 'Building a Psychologically Safe Working Environment' the training takes a systemic approach to psychological safety and discusses how psychological safety should be integrated at every level in order to be most effective. The session uses interactive input, case studies and reflective discussions to illustrate what psychological safety looks like from three lenses:
• A Leader's perspective: what leaders can do to improve and reinforce safety
• A Team’s point of view: How teams can become safer, more effective
• An individual's perspective: What we all can do to progress and enhance psychological safety

This session is based on psychology, deep research and evidenced-based tools
