To deliver on strategy and objectives, teams need to be able to debate, challenge, align and collaborate. This interactive team effectiveness workshop helps teams identify aspects of team working that are driving team performance and those things that are getting in their way. The workshop approach is rooted in building trust and team unity and agreeing behavioural charters that support peak team performance.
