Who is it for?
Leaders and Managers interacting with multiple stakeholders in complex and sensitive environments. Participants come from a range of functions, from operations to strategy and commercial areas. The programme is designed to develop their capacity to lead with clarity, courage, and integrity in a fast-changing world. Whether they're navigating ethical tensions, leading change, or seeking to create a more inclusive culture, this experience will offer a powerful space to reflect, learn, and stretch.
Overview
Leading with Integrity in a Changing World is an Experiential and Values-based programme focused on Ethics, Integrity, Corporate Behaviour, and Vision.
Format: 2-Day Experiential Programme, plus 2 short virtual pre and post action/reflection sessions (c. 1hr each)
Design Principles:
- Experiential and immersive: uses interactive ethical dilemmas, leadership simulations, and Rethinkly/ProReal relational mapping tools.
- Evidence-based frameworks: grounded in the Schwartz Values Model, Better Leadership Framework, and Allyship Continuum.
- Modular, pre-designed format
- Measurable outcomes: integrated pre- and post-programme Integrity & Allyship Self-Assessment to evidence learning impact.
Indicative Flow
Day 1 – Values and Integrity in Action
Personal and relational exploration of values, ethical dilemmas, and trust dynamics.
Day 2 – Leading with Vision and Ethical Courage
Focus on systemic integrity, corporate behaviour, and values-based leadership in global contexts.
Both days conclude with participants identifying personal “Integrity Intentions” and collective commitments.
