Overview

Cross Civil Service

As leaders, hard choices always need to be made – and never more so than during a crisis. As they work to keep their teams safe, cohesive and productive, how leaders focus their time during periods of disruption will define them as leaders.

This virtual workshop explores the leadership practices required to lead effectively against a backdrop of disruption. With colleagues, you’ll discuss the impact of current disruptive forces on business as usual, your responses and the impact you are having. You’ll also plan for how to recognise and meet the psychological needs of those you work with, allowing you to maintain connectivity, dialogue, motivation and engagement.
