This programme develops the tools to be an engaging leader who connects with others and is trusted because they say it how it is. Keeping others engaged while getting things done is hard.
It takes confidence to speak up and speak out.
It takes resilience to encourage people to keep moving forward.
It takes energy to inspire a change in direction and empathy to be there and support others when the outcome and the future is unknown.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
• speak up with confidence
• deliver difficult messages and deal with challenge
• build your resilience as a leader in uncertain times
The core quality necessary for this is an embodied confidence, we call this quality, ‘confident uncertainty’; the ability to remain calm, connected and resilient when you don’t know the answer or the answer doesn’t even exist yet!
On this practical workshop you will learn tools and techniques, receive feedback and coaching and with your peers, explore some of the communication challenges you are facing.
