Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
Leading People Through Change is a practical, one-day programme designed to equip managers with the skills and confidence to lead their people through change more effectively. The session focuses on reducing resistance by addressing the perceived threats that change can create, building belief through a clear and compelling change narrative, and strengthening delivery through practical, real-world tools. Across the day, managers take part in an interactive skills sprint to understand and meet key social needs during change, facilitated peer dialogue sessions where they work through live challenges together, and focused learning on how to anticipate reactions, engage stakeholders, and sustain momentum through consistent, two-way communication.
