Overview

Cross Civil Service / Off the shelf (OTS)

For the first time in the history of the workplace we have four different and distinct generations working together. Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z are all contributing to workplace culture and sharing resources which is creating a unique workplace dynamic. As leaders and managers, how do you ensure all generations feel included and valued?

This workshop will provide key insight to each generation – identifying work trends, themes, and behaviours; promoting empathy; reducing stereotype; and equipping leaders with strategies to harness the collective talent of diverse teams. By the end of the workshop participants will be better equipped to lead across generations, fostering a culture of respect, adaptability, and effective communication.
