Based on direct experience of leading a wide range of efficiency initiatives across government over the last 25 years, this workshop provides a practical guide on leading often difficult and unpopular projects, including setting up for success and avoiding the many common traps along the way.

Participants will:

• Explore the overall landscape of efficiency work and how it has evolved to its current stat.
• Learn how to set up performance metrics and design dashboards to keep stakeholders engage.
• Cover the most commonly used and effective approaches with links to extra resource.
