The Leadership Summit has been developed for women in management roles (grades 6 and 7) who want to demonstrate the leadership potential required to progress to a senior Civil Service role. It’s a practical programme that helps you understand the importance of networking and sponsorship, building a personal brand and improving your communication skills.

Over the course of the 3-day programme, you’ll receive intensive personal advice, information, skills training and support; all focused on understanding the barriers to career progression and how they can be overcome.
