Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

The Leadership Programme, targeting Grade 6 and above, aims to build a cohesive leadership coalition across departments by utilising culture diagnostic insights to address critical gaps. It includes quarterly Leadership Learning Days for immersive sessions, monthly Peer Group Connects to strengthen trust and shared practices, hosted Leadership Conversations for applying leadership to real issues, and an Annual Capstone Event to reinforce shared direction. Each component fosters collective ownership, enhances leadership capabilities, and promotes a common language for ongoing dialogue, ensuring sustained development and collaboration throughout the year. Recommended to be delivered across a 12 month period but can be done in a shorter time if required.
