Aimed at managers and team leaders, this course has been designed to make you more aware of the nature and scale of the climate change crisis, the UK’s Net Zero 2050 commitments for addressing the crisis and the reasons why it’s important we act now.

Featuring a virtual workshop and a Peer Learning Group (PLG), it will show how, as a leader with the appropriate skills, knowledge and attitude, you can create behavioural change within your teams and contribute to meeting the net zero target. You’ll be encouraged to think about whether the way you and your teams currently work adds to the emissions problem or contributes to the solution. As well as exploring how you can contribute through your influence at work, the workshop considers the impact you can have in a personal capacity, through socially responsible lifestyle changes that can help reduce your carbon footprint.
