Korn Ferry assess potential leverages decades of research to help organisations identify those employees with the potential to take on more challenging roles in the future.

Participants are assessed against leadership traits, drivers and experiences as well as derailment risks, using a standardised, scientific and data-driven approach. The assessment results are then translated into actionable insights that organisations can use to address development gaps and make the right decisions about where and how to invest for the future.

Outputs include individual reports on each participant’s potential and risks plus a stack rank export of all the insights for the cohort, enabling quick data analysis and comparison of participants.
