Korn Ferry assess leadership harnesses the power of our best-in-class success profiles to identify the readiness of individuals leadership positions. Individuals within (and outside the organisation) can be assessed against a success profile of competencies, traits and drivers to provide targeted, data-driven insights into their skills and personality fit with key roles. Outputs include reports on the candidate’s fit to role and development gaps, learning agility and risk factors, and an interview guide with tailored questions based on assessment responses.

There is also a report for the assessment participants themselves, containing detailed feedback on their skills, characteristics and motivations.
