This programme is designed for managers, leaders, HR and OD professionals, or individuals working in people-focused roles who wish to develop as effective internal coaches. It is most suited to those with experience of managing or supporting others and who are looking to formalise their skills with a nationally recognised qualification.The programme offers an immersive five-day face-to-face learning experience for delivery over one week of 5 days , followed by workplace coaching practice, supervision, and assessment. It develops practical coaching and mentoring capability aligned to professional standards, enabling participants to support performance, culture, and engagement within their organisation. Assessed via mandatory assignments.
