Overview
This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 September 2025.
The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)
The ability to identify and select the most effective methods by which to develop and retain talent is highly valued. For those with people development responsibility, how effectively learning is transferred to the learner is key to understanding its impact at an individual and organisational level. In order to create and evaluate a successful L&D strategy, people professionals must be able to identify the relevant data, KPIs and metrics to measure. This data-driven approach to L&D increases the effectiveness of learning solutions, engages individuals and stakeholders and clearly demonstrates when organisational goals are being met. This introductory programme guides learners through the application of data and analytical techniques to continually improve L&D provision. Those with responsibility for measuring the impact of learning and development will gain confidence to embed data in evaluation processes and optimise future learning interventions.
