This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 December 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 November 2025.

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again once the new contract is live.

🕮 Off the shelf (OTS)

This qualification is designed for first line and junior managers who are seeking an industry recognised qualification, and for experienced supervisors and team leaders wishing to improve their skills and prepare for their next management role. The workshops are highly participative, using facilitated discussion, presentations, case studies, videos and group work. The workshops promote reflective review, and encourage delegates to proactively find opportunities to apply the learning in the workplace. Delegates are supported with action learning sessions and will complete work-based learning assignments, which are assessed and verified in order to achieve their accreditation. There are written assessments.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
