The workshops are highly participative, using facilitated discussion, presentations, case studies, videos and group work. The workshops promote reflective review, and encourage learners to proactively find opportunities to apply the learning in the workplace. Learners are supported with action learning sessions and will complete work-based learning assignments, which are assessed and verified in order to achieve their accreditation. This course includes the relevant exam. 

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
