This qualification is designed to implement effective coaching to improve organisational performance. It ensures the individuals who developed as coaches are equipped with the skills, knowledge and understanding they require. It enhances the coaching culture in your organisation by developing highly effective coaches. This course includes the relevant exam. 

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
