Off the shelf (OTS)

Across all organisations, so much rests on leaders’ judgement and the decisions they make. For those leaders, finding the space to take on new perspectives, challenge their thinking and renew their energy levels is vitally important – but can prove challenging.

Bringing together a diverse cohort of exceptional leaders from across all sectors, the Fellowship Programme is designed to challenge your leadership and amplify your impact. It begins with 18 months of structured development interventions. Following this, you then join the Fellowship community and, for at least three years, remain part of a growing network of senior leaders with access to a range of bespoke development opportunities.
