Off the shelf (OTS)

Based on the popular and proven Future Engage Deliver model of leadership, this 2 day workshop is designed to help individuals or teams to deepen and grow their leadership. Through facilitated conversations, coaching and feedback this programme helps people to grow their leadership fast. It helps people connect deeply and quickly with what they care about and helps them identify what they need to pay attention to. People learn to live and apply new behaviours and have different conversations straight away. It also creates a common language for leadership. High level aim: To help you feel inspired and energised to be the leader you can be and join a growing SCS community of leaders who have a common language for leadership and who are mutually supporting each other to make a bigger difference.

The 2 days of this workshop are one month apart. This gives participants time to digest and practice their learnings. Participants will leave the workshop clear and ready to make a big difference through their individual and collective leadership.
