Overview

Effective delegation plays a critical role in shaping how teams perform and develop. While task-based delegation can lead to disengagement, trust-based delegation empowers teams to develop their skills, take accountability and build confidence.

This course supports civil servants with line management responsibilities with the practical skills needed to delegate effectively, particularly when leading distributed (or remote) teams. It explores how trust-based delegation can enhance productivity, improve engagement, and strengthen team resilience.
