Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
This programme aims to make the Executive Leadership Team highly effective through positive and courageous change at both a team and individual level to be set up for success.
This is a series of structured activities aimed at SCS or ELT levels of HR leadership to enhance the behaviours that lead to effective leadership and cultural ways of working, and to embrace courageous change. Including 1:2:1 expert-led coaching sessions, virtual group workshops to build collaboration and support, group in-person days with feed-forward activities, individual and group progress reports, virtual group reflect & review sessions, observations of leaders in action during monthly ELT meetings, and a final group report and presentation of observations and recommendations.

• Team collaboration to enhance decision-making and problem-solving
• How to disagree agreeably with a united public front
• Clear roles and responsibilities
• Clear lines of delegation and trust with SLT

• Understanding yourself and others, and playing to strengths
