Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
We are offering a 11-month place-based leadership programme for Senior Civil Servants and a wider leadership population from public, social and private sector organisations. Doing so in a way that:
- Builds connections and capacity within the group involved, and teaches them skills to engage with a wider public not just each other
- Asks participants to learn and apply their new leadership skills, together, through undertaking a collective change challenge focussed on a local challenge.
There are three strands to the programme:
• Developing core leadership skills through bi-monthly modules and workshops, leading to insights for each individual and strong connections across the cohort
• Diversifying perspectives – learning from and about each other and the wider community, through two powerful experiences: a Leadership Exchange and a Community Dinner
• Taking practical action – applying learning and making a difference through a collective change challenge that is directly linked to place based outcomes.
