The qualification, accredited by Chartered Management Institute (CMI), is designed for operational directors and senior managers who have the authority across the organisation and the personal inspiration, to translate organisational strategy into effective performance.

The qualification enables directors and senior managers to build on their skills in strategic direction and leadership, and to focus on the requirements of inter-organisational strategy. A Level 8 qualification is regarded in academic terms as equivalent to a Doctorate/PhD. The CMI Level 8 in Strategic Direction and Leadership Certificate Programme is designed for directors and senior managers with responsibility for developing and implementing ethical and performance driven strategy across multiple organisations, leading by example to inspire teams and provide clear direction.

This is an 8-month programme. 2-day workshops will be delivered each month, starting from month 2 to month 7. Between workshops, you will reflect on your new knowledge and begin to apply it in your own personal setting.
