This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 September 2025.

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

We recommend the Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice if you want a solid and practical foundation in HR and Learning & Development (L&D) skills including recruitment, performance management, coaching and mentoring.
