Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
Good strategy is critical to the success of so much that you do in government, from developing policy to delivering services. Good strategy, however, emerges from good strategic thinking. And good strategic thinking has to come from you. This course will help public servants to see problems from new perspectives, navigate complex systems, and think strategically about the future.
This cohort for up to 50 people includes a comprehensive guide on ways to maximise uptake, coordinate onboarding and run internal events, plus a facilitated online closing event. Learners will receive lifetime access to the online course, and access to an online discussion forum to discuss the course content with other public servant learners. The closing event provides learners with the opportunity to celebrate course completion, share feedback and consolidate learning. A speaker from the host department can be invited to discuss the relevance of the subject in relation to strategic priorities.
