Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
This programme focuses on the key leadership behaviours distinguish inclusive leaders from their less inclusive counterparts. Drawing on Pearn Kandola's latest model of Inclusive Leadership, this programme will build participants' knowledge, confidence and impact in this area.
This is a two-part programme, to support training transfer. Part 1 is the foundation and focuses on how to promote a psychologically safe workplace, where everyone feels valued for who they are, and where individuality is recognised and celebrated. Part 2 then builds on this, with a focus on how to increase a sense of belonging and connection between colleagues and ensure that decisions are inclusive and that everyone can fully participate.
This programme goes beyond awareness raising. Each participant will receive personalised feedback (via 360) detailing how they can be more inclusive. The workshops will help participants to identify meaningful actions that they can take immediately.
