Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This course (with exam included) is for people who have already attended the 'Agile Project Management in the Public Sector' or 'Digital and Agile for Local Government' course. This refresher course will prepare the delegates to achieve a recognised benchmark of capability in digital and agile ways of working within Local and Central government. After the course delegates will be able to schedule their exam at a time convenient for them.

The aim of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of agile and digital in a governmental context. After exploring digital and agile, mindset and behaviours, the course will explore some of the main agile methods, techniques and tools and show how they can be used effectively. The course will also consider the latest guidance on agile in the public sector space and the main digital governmental standards. Finally, there is an exam accredited by APMG International to validate the course learning and give professional recognition.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
