Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This certification course (with exam included) is for teams and individuals engaged in agile & digital activities across central & local government worldwide. The aim of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of agile and digital in a governmental context. After exploring digital and agile, mindset and behaviours, the course will explore some of the main agile methods, techniques and tools and show how they can be used effectively.
The course will also consider the latest guidance on agile in the public sector space and the main digital governmental standards. Course delivery is through a mixture of presentations, exercises and interactive activities and can be conducted in person or remote.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
