Off the shelf (OTS)

The aim of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of agile project management and how it compares with traditional project management methods. The course will explore some of the main agile methods, techniques and tools and show how they can be effective in project delivery, through a mixture of presentations, exercises and interactive activities.

The course will also consider the latest guidance in the UK public sector around agile delivery and the GDS standard.
