This course will help you look at policy design in an innovative and creative way, giving you a range of tools and techniques to apply to all aspects of policymaking. You will learn how to develop a range of evidence-based options that acknowledge the politics involved and how that might change a policy’s direction. You will also learn how you use various evidence and tools to fully appraise your options before making effective, reasoned recommendations to senior managers and ministers.
This is ideal for policy professionals who are involved in the development of policy recommendations and their implementation. It will also be of use for those in higher levels of other professions who work in the area of policy development.
