Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
The aim of the session will be to support Civil Servants to work with a new government. The core focus is on mental preparation for new leaders who may have very different views to the previous policy status quo. Content will focus on breaking out of previous 'norms' and techniques to build trust and confidence with new ministers and leaders.
The approach will be to use the experience in the room, along with some specific facilitator input and insight from their own experience of Government transition.
