Policy 101 is your gateway to understanding how policy really works – and how you play a vital part in it. You don't need to be a policy expert to make a meaningful contribution. Aimed at non-policy specialists, this course gives you the clarity, confidence and practical skills to positively input and influence policy design and delivery in your own role.
Through an insightful and engaging mix of videos, animations, interactive tutorials, real world scenarios and more, you'll see how policy moves from an idea to something that shapes outcomes for our government and the citizens we serve.
