Leaders need to be able to communicate effectively, flexing their communication style depending on their audience. This workshop explores how to do this, delivering a powerful and authentic leadership presence. Over the course of 2 days, you will investigate your own personal impact, build your awareness of how you come across to others and develop your inter-personal skills.
