Within any good working relationship, credibility and trust are vital. This workshop explores the techniques for rapidly building (or regaining) credibility and trust and how this creates the foundation for open communication. It considers the particular challenges of Ministerial communication, such as maintaining resilience, delivering unwelcome messages and developing your influence through extended and sometimes tense exchanges.
