Overview

Cross Civil Service

In today’s knowledge-based economy, it’s important that organisations can sufficiently protect their best ideas and innovations. It can take nothing more than a click of a button to distribute materials that may represent years of research, process development or proprietary thinking. Knowing how best to handle valuable or commercially sensitive IP is therefore vitally important across all parts of government.

This course has been designed to help improve your understanding of IP and its related considerations. Common themes throughout it include the importance of respecting other people’s IP and exercising all necessary caution when using government or third party IP.

Please refer to the course flyer for a full description of the learning.
