Designed by the former Chief Government Social Researcher, Sue Duncan, this course builds on early experience (ideally 3 to 18 months in post) to develop skills in utilising social research within government. It covers the role of research in government, commissioning and managing research and managing relationships with customers, other stakeholders and research contactors.
(NB: This is not a research methodology course).
