ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

The ISO 45001 Lead Auditor course will help delegates understand the auditing process, as well as the key changes from the OHSAS 18001, and how to identify and assess workplace hazards.

While ISO 45001 has drawn inspiration from the OHSAS 18001, it is important to understand that this ISO course is a new standard in its own right and not a revision of the OHSAS certification. The main differences between OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 is that the former is procedure-based, inflexible, and deals exclusively with risk. The ISO 45001 is an advanced framework that is process-based, flexible, considers risk and opportunities, and it also considers the views of all parties concerned with health and safety at work.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible on Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
