Cross Civil Service

A lot of people think smarter working is the same as hybrid, remote or flexible working. Well yes, smarter working could include those approaches but there is so much more to it. Find out about the smarter working pillars of people and culture, leadership, workspaces and technology improvements.

You’ll learn that smarter working is about enabling people to make conscious choices about where, when and how to work and how everyone can use smarter working tools differently. You’ll see how ongoing smarter working conversations will support everyone to work even better together. You’ll also learn how smarter working supports the achievement of individual and team goals whilst optimising wellbeing.
