Off the shelf (OTS)

Careers are now more dynamic and less predictable. This requires individuals to be highly self-aware, capable of anticipating future trends, actively expanding their professional networks, and proactively seeking new opportunities for growth, to develop new skills and to progress your career. In this half-day workshop, learners will work on identifying the answer the questions “What do I want” and “How will I get there?” using practical tools and techniques to enable purposeful and pro-active career progression.
