Course Description:
This module focuses on the skill of committed action; making values-aligned decisions and moving forward even when full clarity is unavailable. Using the Bailey & French adapted psychological flexibility model, participants explore how to sustain momentum, reduce avoidance, and lead with purpose in complexity. Through facilitated social learning, real-time scenarios, and reflective practice, civil servants will build confidence in their ability to act decisively, maintain motivation, and support strategic follow-through in dynamic environments.
