Course Description:
This module focuses on the power of values as anchors during times of uncertainty and change. Using the Bailey & French adapted psychological flexibility model, participants explore how values-led leadership enhances clarity, cohesion, and integrity in decision-making. Through facilitated social learning, real-time scenarios, and reflective practice, civil servants will identify their core values and learn how to apply them to guide behaviour, strengthen collaboration, and maintain focus under pressure. The session creates a safe space for open dialogue and practical skill-building to support inclusive, values-driven public service.
