Course Description:
This module focuses on the power of values as anchors during times of uncertainty and change. Using the Bailey & French adapted psychological flexibility model, participants explore how values-led leadership enhances clarity, cohesion, and integrity in decision-making. Through facilitated social learning, real-time scenarios, and reflective practice, civil servants will identify their core values and learn how to apply them to guide behaviour, strengthen collaboration, and maintain focus under pressure.
